The Wing Things are designed to make mounting your wing much easier.  Install the screw from the bottom of the body and thread them into the wing thing threads.  You can hold the wing thing with a 4.5mm hex wrench to fully tighten.

The total weight of the 2 wing things and 2 M2x4 is roughly 0.5g; about the same weight as using a couple of steel hex nuts and 6mm steel screws that are typically included in body sets.
