The ends of both the main spring and helper spring are finished, and we paid particular attention to how well they sit on the adjuster ring and spring holder.
By winding them on both sides, the spring operating range in response to the damper input is smoothed, bringing out the best in the spring's performance.

Helper spring: length 9.5 mm, wire diameter 0.8mm, 5 coils left and right windings
