Super Drift Competition 2024 is here.
SDC 2023 went really well, but this year we feel it will go even better. We have learned a lot with the participation growth, so there have been a few changes made on the back-end here.

As always, Super-G will provide lodging for the Regional Champion of any qualifying region for Finals in October, here in Los Angeles.

REGISTRATION / REGIONS
As with last season, all competitors will need to register on Super-Drift.com.
When you register, you will need to choose a region where your points will accumulate (count).
Even judges must register if they plan to attend Finals in October.

You can only accumulate points in ONE region.
HOWEVER, YOU CAN, and are encouraged to compete in other regions throughout the season.
Just remember, for points, only your designated region will count. (This includes Participation Points)
This will be treated as a competition outside of the Point Series, but all other aspect will remain the same. This means, if you podium, you will still earn a trophy, but points will not be affected.

Once you register, your points will count toward your final standing in your region, as well as applying toward Participation Points for Finals. Any competitions PRIOR to your registration WILL NOT COUNT.

Pictures will need to be submitted to your Regional Contact
Last season, we received pics with no names, just “here’s my pic” or “here’s mine and my son’s pic”. For someone not familiar with everyone, it was a nightmare. So this year your Regional Contact will sort and name them accordingly, then submit them to be added to the region roster.

There are 3 ways to qualify for Finals in October.

  1. Podium Finish in any of your Regional Rounds.
  2. Participate in 50% or more of your Regional Rounds.
  3. Judge 75% or more of your Regional Rounds.

IMPORTANT RULE CHANGE
There have been a few changes to how SDC will now judge Proximity.
Please see the latest rules for this information, as it is a considerable change. Rev. 9 and after will reflect this change.
